Welcome to a space of reflection and profound healing

Therapy

Therapy is a longer, deeper journey of self-exploration and healing. It offers a safe and compassionate space where the roots of patterns, wounds, and struggles can be gently uncovered and understood. In therapy, we work at depth, attending not only to what is happening now but also to the history, emotions and unconscious layers that shape your experience of life. This process takes time — it is not a quick fix — but through it emerges integration, resilience and a more authentic sense of self. Therapy is for those who wish to explore beneath the surface, to understand themselves more fully, and to heal in ways that ripple into every aspect of their lives.

Coaching

Coaching is a more focused and time-limited process, designed to support you in moving from where you are to where you want to be. It is goal-oriented, practical, and forward-looking, offering clarity and momentum for the changes you wish to make. In coaching, we identify your values and aspirations, set achievable goals, and explore strategies that empower you to take confident, meaningful steps. While therapy also looks deeply into the past to heal, coaching concentrates on the present and the future — helping you unlock your potential and create tangible behaviours that support your goals.

Walking Therapy

Walking therapy is an invitation to bring the process of reflection and healing into gentle movement. For some, being outdoors makes it easier to speak, to breathe and to connect with what is unfolding inside. It is a choice for the client who prefers to be in movement whilst processing, finding that the rhythm of walking side by side allows thoughts and feelings to flow with greater ease. Surrounded by the grounding presence of the natural world, new perspectives often arise — the sky above, the earth beneath your feet, and the changing landscape all become companions in the journey. Walking therapy can be woven into therapy, offering an embodied, spacious and restorative way of working.

About me

My journey into the world of therapy has been one of integration — weaving together different cultures, languages, and ways of understanding what it means to be human. Originally from Brazil, I have lived in the UK for the past 30 years, carrying with me a deep love of diversity and the belief that connection across cultures can be profoundly healing. I am especially moved by the power of being truly seen and heard in one’s own language.

My academic path began with a BA in Linguistics and French in 2013, followed by many years working as a translator — an early expression of my fascination with how we communicate, how we make meaning, and how language shapes our inner and outer worlds. This passion for understanding the human experience eventually led me towards the deeper language of the psyche and the heart.

My exploration of healing has also been shaped by my travels and spiritual studies. I spent nine months living in the mountains of Brazil’s Atlantic Forest, studying Vedic philosophy and exploring the practice of chanting as a path to inner stillness. Later, I spent five weeks in India, deepening this inquiry into the meeting point between psychology and spirituality. These experiences continue to inform my way of being with others — with reverence for the mystery of the human journey and the many paths that lead us home to ourselves.

In 2016, I qualified as an Integrative Therapist, and since then, I have had the privilege of accompanying clients through experiences of addiction, loss, and personal transformation. Seeking to deepen my understanding, I completed a Master’s degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London, graduating with merit in 2025.

Psychosynthesis lies at the heart of my approach — a psychology that honours both our suffering and our potential for creativity, meaning, and spiritual growth. I believe in working collaboratively and intuitively, meeting you where you are, and creating a space that feels both safe and expansive enough for your unique process to unfold.

I continue to see clients at my practice in Hampstead and online, welcoming those who speak English or Portuguese. Whether you are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing from emotional pain, or support through a time of transition, I am here to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and respect for your unfolding journey.

About Psychosynthesis

Psychosynthesis is the approach that guides my work as a therapist. Developed in the early 20th century by the Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli, it offers a gentle, holistic way to understand personal growth. Assagioli believed that we are far more than our struggles or past experiences and that we each carry untapped strengths and a deeper sense of who we can become.

Psychosynthesis sees you as a whole human being. Instead of focusing only on difficulties, it helps you bring together the many aspects of your inner life so you can feel more balanced, connected and grounded.

A Whole-Person Approach

We all have different sides within us. One part might worry, another might push for achievement, another wants rest and another wants connection. When these parts compete, life can feel confusing or overwhelming.

Psychosynthesis offers a clear and compassionate way to understand these inner movements, so you can respond with greater ease and clarity.

Key Ideas

Subpersonalities

These are the inner roles or “voices” we all have, like the Inner Critic, the Carer, the Achiever or the Worrier.
They are not mistakes. Each was developed to help us navigate life. In therapy, we help them work together rather than pull them apart.

The Will

Our will is our capacity to choose direction.
It is not force or pressure. It is a steady, centred inner ability to say “this is what I need” and take steps that support our wellbeing.

The Self

In Psychosynthesis, the Self is the deeper, steady centre within us.
It is the part of us that observes, chooses, and holds a sense of continuity across our lives.
While emotions, thoughts, and roles may shift, the Self is the quiet place inside that remains.
Connecting with it helps us feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more aligned with who we truly are.

Higher Unconscious (or “Superconscious”)

This is the part that holds our deeper qualities: creativity, joy, intuition, compassion, purpose, and meaning.
Psychosynthesis helps us access these strengths and bring them into daily life.

How Psychosynthesis Helps

This approach supports us to:

  • Understand our emotions and inner patterns

  • Ease the conflict between different parts of oneself

  • Strengthen clarity, self-awareness and inner steadiness

  • Make more conscious choices instead of reacting automatically

  • Reconnect with qualities that give life a sense of direction and depth

In Essence…

Psychosynthesis helps us bring our inner world into greater harmony. It supports healing, clarity and the possibility of living with more authenticity, balance and purpose.
